Julian Tokarev, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Panhandle Laser Vision Institute, serving patients in the Pensacola area. Dr. Tokarev specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology with interests in interventional glaucoma, refractive cataract surgery, and dry eye.
Dr. Tokarev earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Carleton College and his medical degree from University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his residency training at UT-Houston. Before starting at Panhandle Laser Vision Institute, he practiced out of Fort Walton Beach where he developed his clinical interests.
Dr. Tokarev prioritizes patient communication and providing a personalized approach to each patient while maximizing their quality of life.
